As President and co founder of JDC, David brings experience in managing multimillion dollar projects as well as a highly technical background. His expertise lies in managing the integration of several different pieces of technology into a final solution. Since the beginnings David has been instrumental in the Development of several of our proprietary web applications as well as the installation, configuration, and training of several of our products and testing solutions. Earlier in his career David was the point person for the deployment of a wireless testing solution for the communications authority in Bolivia. David has a degree in Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology – Missouri S&T (formerly the University of Missouri Rolla). He is a member of the St. Charles Chamber of commerce and board member of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metropolitan St. Louis. David resides in Saint Peters, Missouri.
A highly experienced Senior Executive with strong entrepreneurial drive and the ability to guide professionals in a variety of industries. Possess’ technical and business qualifications with more than 20 years of hands-on experience in strategic planning, business development, project management and technology strategies. Established important partnerships with international companies and facilitated their entry into the Bolivian national market by negotiating commercial agreements and contracts for the provision of goods and technical support. Has the ability to analyze the organization’s critical business requirements, identify deficiencies and potential opportunities. Spanish is the native language, fluency in English and German. Co-founded JDC, a System Integrators, an Information Technology company based in Saint Louis, Missouri. The company‘s goal is to give the most effective and affordable services. The areas of technology expertise are in web and database design, customized software development, system integration, Unix/Linux system administration and support, and business continuity solutions. Acting as project manager, responsible for developing parts for the source code for the software application BexSys – Billing Expert System. As its name indicates, the application is used for Billing and Collection for telecommunications and other utility services, i.e. gas, electricity and water. It is an ongoing project since there is a need to continue software development as well as to provide support and maintenance for the software application. He has also expertise in the procurement area and has managed all the contracts and agreements in the telecommunications field, i.e. major wireline telephone companies and the national telecommunications authority – Superintendencia de Telecomunicaciones (SITTEL) that enforces quality of service to national providers. Was also responsible for deploying an Integrated Network Management at ENTEL, S.A., the major telecommunications carrier in the Bolivian market. This project comprised the installation of SEM from Sun Microsystems plus integration within the platform of several products from other vendors like Help Desk from Remedy; Patrol from BMC; Inventory Software distribution from Platinum, Job Scheduler and Backup from Sun Microsystems. |
